These are Roger Puta's. Wikipedia says, "The Piedmont & Northern Railway (reporting mark PN) was a heavy electric interurban company operating over two disconnected divisions in North and South Carolina. 1. Piedmont & Northern RS-3 1605 at Greenwood, SC on November 24, 1967.

2. Piedmont & Northern Alco C-420 at Spartanburg, SC in February 1968.
