Author: Railbaron I was thinking one of the switchbacks (West Switchback specifically) on the Oregon, California & Eastern but there appears to be two tracks on the other track, which leaves OC&E out.
Correction: Looking closer that second track appears to be a piece of scrap rail so that lets West Switchback on the OC&E back in. If so perhaps this was while they were scrapping the OC&E. Author: LoggerHogger Yes it is indeed one of the scrap trains on the OC&E. I took this shot in May 1993 as the last logging railroad in Oregon was being torn up.
