Reminds me of a NYC caboose I saw, the logo used to say "Road to the Future" Somebody had artistically modified to read "Road with No Future".

If you notice, it was done in chalk. The rain probably washed it off in a few days.

. . . and since it was done in chalk, most likely done by an employee (think Bozo Texino, et. al).
