At the Santa Fe yard in Alvin,Tx with ATSF GP9 2901.
142 was ex-C&NW 300882.

That looks like a more modern version of the ones I recall.

Yes, the cars up to 136 had bunks in a room in the middle. Cars from 137 and up like this one had three very small roomettes as can be seen by the three air-conditioners for the roomettes and the one for the lounge on the roof. Like anything there was good and bad to both set ups.
