It was because of that wreck that the RR decided to hire security guards to kick out railfans from RR property. Summit also got permanently screwed because of it.

Nice vid and commentary. It appears they dug up the hill to add a new fill of track. If I recall, this is the same derailment the Webmaster took video or pics of. Should be a post in here from about a year or two ago.
