GO Transit in Texas? YES! In the Fall of 1990, a GO Transit train set was at Union Deport, probably being considered by the folks planning the TRE service.

Amtrak had trains from Dallas to Chicago, San Antonio, and Houston. The San Antonio section of the Texas Eagle arrives, and then the two cars of the Houston Section are added to it.

Continuing the combination of Houston and San Antonio Sections.

On a later day, #22 arrives, seen from ground level as I waited to board.

A GO coach, no power was in Sou Calif for the then proposed Metrolink System. One display location was at Perris CA, on the team track in front of the station. It later was moved to the Railway Museum for night security.
