Great catch. I saw the Rock Island commuter trains in Joliet, so this brings good memories.

The Microwave Towers in the top center of the photo appear to be AT&T/Illinois Bell CHCGIL-01 as we called it out here on Los Angeles (LSANCA-02)where we worked on the TV networks for Hollywood and the West Coast.
Any other AT&T Toll-ees out there?
