(As I understand it, the Provincial Government insisted on the change- is that true?) It would have been interesting to see how it would have been applied to these motors.

That's why BC Rail used them. Yes, I understand the significance of the colors. But was the changeover (Green to RW&B) on the BCR at the request of Victoria?
