Somehow I found out that UP #6936, was heading west out of Salt Lake, leading the NPMIV., So I Managed the time to take the side track all the way up, and yonder, off the beaten path of normal travelers, to catch this moment in time, In The Middle of Nowhere, Nevada. Spurred on by that great Ted Benson Book About The WP: "Echoes Down The Canyon"

This was quite a busy traffic day at this Time, on this sub, and I had to SUFFER (Hee Hee) through a few West and Eastbounds, (Captured Here) before the Star of the Show Made It to This Location, Before The Sunlight Faded.

Funny how the years have past, make it so I was very Lucky to catch such busy traffic on this desolate part of WP territory.

By The Way, This Was Back When There Was A Vehicle Crossing At The Loop, And thus,
a Reason for the Engineers to honk.
