East meets West.

At Cassandra, Pennsylvania, coal loads (right) crawl slowly up the west slope of the Alleghenies while a westbound manifest with a helper set of EMD SD40-2's rolls towards Conway yard.

Conrail's TV-11 gets a 7,200 h.p. boost around Horseshoe Curve by a pair of EMD SD45-2's.

Nice! CR 6887 ex-EL 3319 one of 13 U36Cs that came from the Erie Lackawanna showing those 2 new trailing kids from GE (C30-7As)how it's done. Not too many shots of U33C or U36C units along with the newer C series boats. On the point too. Wow!
