2 -- I liked CB&Q's pre-BN paint scheme. The end of this car seems to be bulging a bit. A load shifted drastically? San Bernardino, 1978. 3 -- I never saw a clean RBCS insulated boxcar. Agree with the SP&S double door car, they seemed to have lasted a long time. There were also Northern Pacific cars that seemed to last a long time while similar cars had been repainted. |
