Can anyone read and translate Japanese?

I found this picture postcard on the website,

"Oregon Railroad & Navigation Company Box Cars"
"Full Description: postcard, photograph of Japanese railroad workers on Oregon Railroad & Navigation Company, box car residences, Telocaset, Union County, OR. Two men are visible standing next to the railroad box cars. Postcard is addressed to Mr. Oki in Hood River, Oregon. Messages on front and back of postcard are written in Japanese. Post mark date is: Dec. 31, 1911, Telocaset, Oregon."

Yes it says "damn its hot in these cars".

Need an expert in caligraphy to have a look at the old kanji.  Rightmost columns says Bekoku which is another name for America.

from right to left
1st and 2nd lines  Beikoku tetsu dou hataraki   American railroad working (I am not sure about the last character)
3rd line                  gyangu nari                           They are (in archaic writing and classical grammar).... gang
So I guess the postcard was mailed in th 19th century.
