Yep other side along with a toe creepway so you can climb up the regular cab ladder and then slide over to the nose grabs. Cheers, Jim Date: 07/22/18 10:16 Re: How'd That Guy Get Up There? Author: ATSF3751 Those ladders and grabs were mandated in around 1959 in response to accidents. The nose of F and E units could be very slippery. Interestingly, while the grabs were manditory, the grabs above the windsheilds were appearently not so, in fact, CGW for one, chose only to apply grabs on the sides to top of nose below the windshield.
