F unit Friday - - a lost F7

It's November, 1968, some 9 months into the PC era, and
former NYC 1726 must feel lost.  She's trailing a light power
move out of Altoona (a helper set ?) and is about to enter
the east Portal of the Allegheny Tunnel at Gallitzin.  She sure
looks out of place, trailing 2 ex Pennsy units on their home turf.
