Idaho Files: UP 6936 Inspection 60(?) MPH Roll-By No Lights 1994

Somewhere in Idaho 1994. Not sure if this was an Inspection or officer train, But that high speed doppler effect of 6936's horn passing by at high speed sure is thrilling!   This is just before 6936 was shopped for rebuilding, before ditch lights were added, and apparently it had problems with the headlights, or with keeping them from burning out frequently?
