But not in 2007 when this photo was taken. I'm not sure when the UP starting applying the colorful paint scheme of yellow with the big UP shield and the map which said "automated railroad" over the map (someone in advertising probably got paid a bundle for thinking that up). Also, not sure why this 40 footer got the works instead of brown paint with yellow lettering,

Got "the works" because it had a cushioned underframe.

It's amazing that old car was still in service in 2007!
