More Various Interesting Stuff -- Walt Dunlap
Author: MartyBernard

1 and 2.The Amtrak's short lived North Star (a Twin Cities - Duluth train) at Duluth, MN on June 15, 1983.  Locomotive 367 was an F40PHR where the "R" meant parts from SDP40F were used in her construction.  Walt's shot of the switch stand framed by Superliner's doors is really neat.

3. Walt saw this sight on the CB&Q at Lincoln, NE on August 8, 1962.

4. Canadian Pacific Cabooses 436823 and another in Estevan, Saskatchewan on June 23, 1963.

5. Erie Mining Company, "Hy-Rail Inspection Car" on Labor Day 1980.  If you look closely there are spots of iron ore all over it!

6. A Railway Station repurposed as a Cafe in the White Mountains of New Hampshire in August 1967.

Enjoy Walt's various stuff,
Marty Bernard

If that depot in Photo 6 could talk, I'll bet it could tell some tales.
Thanks for posting this interesting photo.
