Nostalgia & History > Guilford BFOA on Belden Hill June,1987Date: 01/20/19 10:45 Guilford BFOA on Belden Hill June,1987 Author: globalethanol After following NYSW`s NTV-9 to Binghamton, N.Y. we arrived at "BD" and watched Guilford`s BFOA (Bellvue Fords to Ayer, MA.) pull out of East Binghamtom and cross the diamonds. Then it was off to Belden Hill for another look. The BFOA was powered by an all EMD lashup of SD39 (ex Illinois Terminal), SD26 (ex ATSF), GP39-2 (ex RDG-D&H) and GP40 (ex CR). On the rear was NS SD40-2 #6138 and Southern SD40 #3180. Video from VHS and Corel Videostudio Pro.

Again, Tom, this thing is pure gold. Thank you for sharing it. -Ted Date: 01/21/19 11:45 Re: Guilford BFOA on Belden Hill June,1987 Author: perklocal Yeah, that double masted signal at BL Cabin had a bad lean for a long time. I tried to frame a few shots with it and it always made them look crooked !
