Only have a few B&M train orders in the collection, but here's an example copied 2/10/72 at Manchester NH for a work extra between Manchester and Rockingham.  By this date, the trackage Eng. 1573 (a GP7) will be operating on is freight only.

One thing that caught my eye was that the Clearance was addressed to EX 1573 while the order is a Work Extra Form.  Maybe just the way they did it on the B&M.
