Nostalgia & History > SP Train 620 coming and going early 1960.Date: 03/07/19 19:56 SP Train 620 coming and going early 1960. Author: photobob Train 620 lead by a unique nose is a mile or so from the Dunsmuir Yard and a long haul from Roseville in the Summer heat of the valley. I remember it was one of those 100 plus days in Dunsmuir but one of the rear end crew still found time to give a goofy kid and his Mamiyaflex a friendly wave. These days I would probably be reported as a trespasser. This location is the East Switch of Castle Crags.
