Oregon, California & Eastern Railway, Co. Boxcar OCE 3466. The OC&E was a 64-mile rail line between Klamath Falls and Bly in the U.S. state of Oregon. (Wikipedia)
2. Oregon Pacific & Eastern Railway Boxcar OP&E 1043. The OP&E is an Oregon-based short line railroad that began near Eugene as the Oregon and Southeastern Railroad (O&SE) in 1904.
