Meet at Black Butte June 1975

1) SP tunnel motor 9251 blasts through Black Butte trying to get out of the way for...
2) A freshly restored GS-4 4449 on its way to Sac Ca. and eventually the trip east to meet up with the AFT
3) Mid train helpers with the future owner of the SP leading the way.
Has it really been 45 years since 4449 was restored? Feeling older.....Glad Mark made the trip up to Siskiyou County to shoot this

Back when 'DPU' were the Helper Engineer intials, nice demonstration of era freight cars as well.

Oops, game over, insert another quarter for 4449. Try another day...or location.
