In 1955 Chattahochee Valley Railway bought HW Pullman-lounge-observation, Plan 3959, CENTRAL PARK, from Pullman. A couple of pictures of the car in 1961 can be found on this website:

Anyone know the fate of CENTRAL PARK?

Found the answer myself, though a timeline and history still would be welcomed. Lake Shore Railway Museum near Erie PA has it:
