That is a very interesting looking FEC car body.  Does anyone have more photos of the side construction and builder info of that style of car?

I seem to remember that Quality Craft or the like offered a car like that as a wood kit in HO, but I think it came with Rio Grande (?) decals.

#2 is my pic for the "good old days"; ice hatches and all, but I'd even trade that plug door for the old 6-hinged type.
