#3021 appears to have enough " horn power " .

Nice shot. I think the horn is a 5 chime broken into 2 and located on the sides for better clearance.

Based on the coaling tower, that looks like the B&O's (CH&D) Rossford Yard in Toledo. As far as I know the yard is totally gone.

Rossford yard is not totally gone. There's a yard job from Stanley that still take cars to and from Rossford to service three industries around there. It works 3rd trick Mon-Fri.
