FMC's BECCo (Buffalo Electro-Chemical Company) Division operated a plant at Vancouver, WA that made very high concentration Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2), up to 100%. Note the large pressure relief valve on the dome. At high concentrations, H2O2 is some what unstable and any contamination would cause it to rapidly degenerate. The Vancouver FMC plant closed in the early 1980s.

Spill it on the ground and especially wooden railroad ties and that extra oxygen molecule wants combine with any thing else and the oxygenation creates a fire.

The understatement of the year. As far as I know, you can't buy it at 60% or higher until your facility has been inspected and approved. It's a good monopropellant for rocket motors; just takes a metal screen to catalyze the decomposition.
