Here's a photo of UP business car #114 on what used to be called the "Whiskey Spur" in East LA, located adjacent to the old depot there seen on 11-2-75. I don't know if UP baggage car 904289 is for equipment only. I don't think it is a steam generator car?
Third photo taken less than 2 weeks later when 'on spot' along the UP Anaheim depot on 11-15-75. I don't know how long this went on, but I remember this being somewhat of an annual occurrence for it to be spotted there late in the year, maybe to "wine and dine"  local customers? It was placed there also in early December 1974 for a few days.

Here's another photo of the 114 next to the UP depot. At this time, at least part of the depot I believe was used as a pool supply store. Since then, the depot has been moved to another nearby location, probably related to when Lincoln Ave underpass was built.

The 904289 was a MOW baggage car that held their MOW supplies. However who knows in this case. Back then some of these cars were being brought back into the passenger car fleet too.

The word on the end of the station structure is "School," not "Pool.'  Look closely at pic #3.
