Here's a train Frank Tribbey captured back in December 1969. It must have been a quick pull up and shoot as there was no head on shot, but a passing shot works just as good when five F units are the subject matter. The three B units seem to have acquired a lot of dirt and grime while the black and yellow and red and white cab units are fairly clean. I believe this was taken around Oklahoma City or at least on the Oklahoma City line.

That was as common as dirt back when Frank hit the shutter release.  Fifty years later our common-as-dirt combo is made with ES44s.
