It's a wee bit narrow, but could be. Believe this is just a maintenance road, the Hwy 66 bridge was at Alray.

I was working the day that bridge burned down with a BNSF stack Train stopped just short of it durrin a mid 2000 fire.

I've driven down that dirt road from the I-15 summit area--the ORIGINAL National Trails road.  It was a very interesting ride, given the research I had done about the area.
