The fund raising continues:  https://www.gofundme.com/save-599.    Currently at $4,791 wotj a $40,000 goal.
The "599" is a EMD SD9 temporarily located on BNSF track in Skykomish WA.    Arlen

Just sent in a donation to help save the 599. Hope to see this engine saved as SD-9's are one of my favorites. Skykomish will be a great home for her.

I hope it helps bring in some more donations for the group. I've seen her sitting there looking forlorn as we rolled through on the Builder with the PV Puget Sound (also ex-Great Northern).
