Author: ghemr I caught this snow plow fresh out of the paint shop at CNW's California Ave. Coach Yard in a warmer month of 1979. Earlier that year (in January) us Chicagoans dealt with The Blizzard of '79. No doubt the CNW was planning for the following winter.........

It was stored on the Boone & Scenic Valley at Boone, IA for a while, but at last report had been repainted for service on Iowa Northern as their 77.
