I always like the SP and their units, but the large light on top of them always seemed to amaze me. With this unit I'll have to say the SP really knew how to clutter the nose. Not the typical GM-EMD ladders and not just one, but two. I wonder the reason for such? Was it for servicing something atop the hood that two people would be required to perform a joint service, bringing something down together? Maybe it was the humungous light on top! It seemed the SP was never satisfied with the standard GM lighting and was alway modifying with larger and different headlights/warning lights. Regardless, I still miss the SP as it once was.
