Mmmm... not Goleta, yet- this one ends in Montecito, almost at the Miramar Hotel.
The ride around (what the locals call) Sharks Cove is a crowd pleaser what with the great ocean view.

Mysteriously, trains always slowed here 40 odd years ago. Then, without anything being said, speeds returned to normal in the 80’s- about the same time the SB Sheriffs Dept pulled the plug on the nude beach below.
