Nice broadside!  I guess I didn't realize they were still using that paint scheme into the SD50 era; nice looking units there.

Never seen to many Chessie SD50s, They seem to have gotten repainted CSX pretty early in there career 😕

SD50's really had nice lines.  Really look especially good in the Chessie scheme.
Your excellent broadside photo really illustrates the units well.

Great broadside of units rare for Chessie to purchase. One of the few units I never minded photographing in the Chessie paint scheme, because they weren't GP40-2s! I actually got them when some were assigned to helper service on the grades in West Virginia.
