This is the last image from that same roll of film.
N&W 2154 (Ex-NKP FM H12-44) is in Brewster, Ohio in 1966 or 1967.

Nice detailed cab end view.  The rear upper center railings extending to the roof I expect are to protect from someone accidentaly falling over the rear railing while exiting the cab.

The"monkey bars" were a Nickel Plate modification.
