All four of these are Chessie System locomotives, but there are three different paint schemes.
Chessie System (B&O) 3810 leads a four-unit lashup in Cumberland, Maryland on September 20, 1980.

Thanks for sharing the photo will all of us.  It was sad in many ways to see the Western Maryland Railway being destroyed during that time though.
