Thirty Thursday, a rare bird

One of only two GP30's in all of Canada.  Built in 1963 by GMD as CP 8200.  Seen here in very fresh paint heading west leaving the island of Montreal in October 1987.  The unit currently resides at a museum in Edmondton, Alberta.

Neat photo. I saw them but never got a good shot of one. Amazing to hear that they both survive.
