Nostalgia & History > UP SD40-2 leading in TexasDate: 04/09/20 12:13 UP SD40-2 leading in Texas Author: gcm May 85
On ex-Missouri Pacific trackage - I don't remember exactly where - probably in the Taylor,Tx area. Gary Date: 04/09/20 13:42 Re: UP SD40-2 leading in Texas Author: refarkas I like this. Who says Texas is all flat?
Bob Date: 04/09/20 14:18 Re: UP SD40-2 leading in Texas Author: NormSchultze Texas certainly isn't flat, except in a few cases. The UP line thru Wichita Falls is full of hogbacks , and they are found on the Glidden Sub too. The closer you get to the coastal areas, the flatter the landscape becomes.
