St J & LC 1976

I only caught the St Johnsury & Lamoille County running once on the eastern part of the line between Sheldon Jct and Morrisville. On a beautiful day in Aug 1976 I caught ex Reading 614 slowly making its way eastward toward Morrisville through the Vermont countryside.

And a few more shots as the train rambles slowly along. A great memory. It's now a rail trail I believe. Would be a nice bike ride!
