1. SEPTA 2092 rolled 10 63-MALVERN and leaving the subway in Philadelphia, PA on November 30, 1968.  Built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1942 and scrapped in 1982.

2. SEPTA 2087 rolled 50 6-OREGON in Philadelphia, PA looking out the operator's window on November 30, 1968.  Built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1942 and scrapped in 1979.

3. SEPTA 2109 on Route 15 Girard Ave. in Philadelphia PA on August 6, 1992.  Built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1948 and sold to Colorado Springs in September 1995.  WHAT DO YOU MAKE of the streetlight looking thing just above the roll sign?

4. SEPTA 2110 a 13 YENDEN VIA CHESTER AVE car in Yeaden, PA on June 5, 1970.  Built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1948 and sold to San Francisco MUNI #1052 in October 1992.

5. SEPTA 2125 rolled 10 CITY HALL VIA SUBWAY, Philadelphia, PA on November 30, 1968.   Built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1948 destroyed in the Woodland Carbarn Fire, October 1975.

6. SEPTA 2130 rolled 13 CITY HALL VIA SUBWAY, Philadelphia, PA on December 28, 1971.  Built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1948 and destroyed in the Woodland Carbarn Fire, October 1975.

My thoughts on your question for #3 are a satellite TV dish antenna mounted on something behind the trolley belonging to one of the properties on that street.

The small cylindrical object approx one foot above the roll sign might a transmitter for traffic signal preemption.
The Opticom system that 3M fielded used visible light pulsed strobes as transmitters to trigger preemption.
