Most likely the Erie Lackawanna Blossburg to Gang Mills local is ahead in the block north of Lawrenceville at the time the order was issued. Lawrenceville (NY) February 9, 1973 as I was standing at the stateline (NY-PA). The switch and track off to the right is the Erie Blossburg Branch.
