Milwaukee 744 (FM H-12-44) sits at the Nahant (Davenport), Iowa roundhouse.
On the other side of the turntable is DRI&NW Alco.
DRI Line sent their engs to Nahant for minor repairs.
Slide date is May 76.

Interesting placement of the MILW placard on the nose of the FM. I don't like it but variety is a good thing.

Most MILW FM switchers did not have a herald on the front.
In this case, diagonal placement would have look nicer but it might not have fit that way.
