The Massachusetts Call/Volunteer Firefighters' Association represents more than 3400 call and volunteer firefighters and other emergency services personnel across the Commonwealth. The primary objective of this organization is to promote the welfare of Call and Volunteer Fire/EMS Companies and their members by rendering assistance of every type and nature whenever possible.

First 1776 as the RWB unit or 2nd as 1812?

It was the original SCL 1776 but carried that number only a short time before being renumbered. Now residing a the Lakeshore museum.
Also all equipment is owned by The Firefighters Education and Training Foundation with the Mass Call name used for a relatively short time.
