The date is October 12th of 1987.
2nd An all EMD C&NW consist is hustling empties back noth (west by timetable) near Walker on 8/25/88. 3rd Coal loads staged at Bill yard on 7/8/88 waiting for track work to end and crews to come on duty to go south. There is also a Progress Rail Car repair shop south of the yard. Weren't these the units that undid it for EMD and CNW? They looked great while they were there.
