Neat image, Bob. Lots of memories of boarding the "Abe" and other GM&O and Amtrak trains right there at Joliet, particularly during Amtrak's "rainbow" era, as in this image. Thanks for some good memories.

Nice shot! old GM&O RR Bloomington, IL based passenger train and engine crews worked Bloomington-St. Louis-Chicago-Bloomington, IL.  Bloomington, IL based engine crews worked to and from Chicagp.

GM&O E7a's were among the few leased by AMTK early in the game.
