When I visited we took a ride up to Waterloo and I saw this building that resembled a train station Can anybody confirm or decline ! ? Author: ntharalson Yes it was the Rock Island's depot in Waterloo. It became a lawyer's office and the train order signal stood out the track side, where the freeway now runs, for many years before finally falling over. I don't know what became of it but I used to kid my friends in Waterloo about snagging it.
