Is this a RR station in Waterloo, Iowa ?
Author: lamta_jay

Back in 2011 I visited my son who was living in the Cedar Rapids area of Iowa

When I visited we took a ride up to Waterloo and I saw this building that resembled
a train station

Can anybody confirm or decline ! ?

Thanks for looking

I think it was the Rock Island's Waterloo depot

Yes it was the Rock Island's depot in Waterloo.  It became a lawyer's office and the train order signal stood out the track side, where the freeway now runs, for many years before finally falling over.  I don't know what became of it but I used to kid my friends in Waterloo about snagging it.
