Almost looks like an "anything goes" at a model railroad club.  Those sure were interesting times.  I never got shots around North Platte, but in those days you could count on seeing all sorts of foreign power on the main line around Cheyenne.

I thought exactly the same thing.  I wondered if it was coming back from rebuilding at Boise, ID.
