In the late aftenoon of 10/17/95 I shot CP/D&H #857 on Conrail's Lehigh Line rounding the curve at Penobscot,PA. (MP 156) with a pair of SD40-2s.  SOO 789 and Dual Flags CPRS 5418.

I lived by the CR Harrisburg Line at that time. It was a good show with D&H, then CPRail, followed by StL&A, back to CPRail, plus the two CSX trains daily. Even new Acela deliveries and a string of 8 brand new smelly paint CSX locos coming from Erie. Sure miss that colorful era. Not early Conrail but colorful none the less.
Nice post, I recall catching Soo Line a few times! Now it is like black and white TV! Ugh.
