I agree, nice shot of a fairly rare car!  Where were Ford vans made?

Back then - Lorain, OH on the N&W.

The Ford Lorain Asembly Plant was served directly by CR (NYC); the station name was Fairlane.
N&W (NKP) ran right along the Lake Erie shoreline, on the north side of the plant.  But a busy 4-lane highway - US 6 - stood between N&W and the Ford plant.
Some time in the 1970's, N&W built a small ramp for Ford (squeezed between their line and the US 6 fence), and a private road bridge was built over US 6 to connect the Ford plant to the N&W ramp.  The station name for the new ramp was Oakpoint, OH.  From that point forward, N&W was able to originate ML traffic from Lorain Assembly.
After '99, NS no longer needed the Oakpoint ramp.  The buckloaders were removed long ago, but I understand that part of the lot is now being used for vehicle storage - perhaps by a local auto auction.
