Nostalgia & History > From The Old Computer (3) - GM&ODate: 11/20/20 00:09 From The Old Computer (3) - GM&O Author: refarkas It's the early 1970's in Joliet, Illinois where the ICG (ex-GM&O) commuter train powered by ex-GM&O 883A has just dropped off its passengers and is now heading most likely to the ICG yard to spend the night.

Joliet was one of my favorite haunts growing up nearby in Lockport. And the GM&O plug was a relic out of the past. When I documented it there were three coaches on the train. The Plug was one of those things always running in my neighborhood and I never shot it. i could shoot myself, though.
